2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund if your payment has already been processed.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in pkr and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be added at checkout.
3.2 We accept payment for custom order via jazz cash , online banking .Payment must be made in full before we dispatch your order.
3.3 In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and provide a full refund if your payment has already been processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or postal service disruptions.
4.3 Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.

6.2 All custom printed designs are subject to slight variations due to the printing process.
